  It is a strange thing being a client with disabilities including brain damage because when you complain about a shortfall in your compensation payment (written agreement) Brethertons threaten you with defamation if you post your complaint online. Obviously, they would run rings round me in court. However, I want others to avoid the 5 years of misery I endured. Some of Brethertons 'experts' were a joke - one claimed my injuries were psychological and he could cure me, the word quack is apt. Brethertons tried to trick me into signing over power of attorney to them. Their incredible apology consisted of "we didn't charge you for our time". No, they took my money anyway at the end. Their callous lawyers interrogated me into unconsciousness and then misled family into believing I had left the building causing a massive search by family and colleagues. I plan to write an account of all the bad, arrogant, incompetent, horrible experiences with Brethertons so others can avoid using this or similar law firms.
