  Bridgfords were professional and efficient throughout the whole sale process and secured multiple offers within a very short time after the property was put on the market. A five star service from a five star team.

  Have no idea what these review below took, but 4 stars? ridiculous. Horrible service from estate agent, do not update regarding the process, paying them but feel like working for them, very high fees for no reason, requested some info from landlords and he just ignored it. Trying not to rant but sorry, left me with bitter taste...

  Bridgfords in Swinton has been a great help with us finding a house that fits our needs. Dave in particular was so patient and helpful with us and our whole experience dealing with him at Bridgfords was just great. I am definitely happy about using Bridgfords and would recommend it to everyone.

  My experience as a landlord. I don’t fully trust estate agents because, in the past, I have found them to be excessively focused on money and on short term interests. However, in this instance, my experience with the lettings team has turned out to be very positive – Mr James T (letting manager) showed a good ability to negotiate on fees, he advertised the property in line with my wishes and appropriately liaised with his team so that viewings would happen promptly and effectively. As a consequence, a suitable tenant was found within 5 working days. To me, it is important that my tenant is treated with respect and consideration – it appears that this is the case. The lettings team is also good in getting back to me, answering questions and acting upon reasonable requests. I cannot fault them so far. On the basis of my experience, I sincerely recommend this lettings service.

  Just completed on my house sale with Bridgfords in Swinton and have found the service to be top-notch. The listing and photography looked great and their enthusiasm for my property really helped. Mike has gone out of his way during the process to move things along up and down the chain which has been invaluable in getting the sale completed in good time. I'll definitely be using Bridgfords again in the future (not for a while though!)
