  I hate writing a bad review, but I wasn’t satisfied at all. I came here twice, once to get a shellac removal and ne shellac polish and the second time I came to get a removal only. The staff was nice at first, but the removal of the polish hurt a lot. The first time it was removed quite quickly but the second time it took very long and my hands started shaking. So she told me again and again that I shouldn’t be so sensitive and just relax. At some point I showed her that she actually cut my finger with the file, but she said this was normal and I should relax: this is NOT normal. I left before the polish was completely removed. I won’t be coming again and I chose to stop getting my nails done for a while as my nails are completely destroyed, just as my cuticles. Can’t recommend - sorry.

  Have been going there for 6 years, really friendly staff and always receive positive comments in my hair. Love that they have a bar and massage chairs when you have your hair washed!

  I've been coming here for a few years and have had my hair cut by most of the stylists all of whom have done a great job, whether it's a complete restyle or a fringe trim.

  Brilliant cut every time and love coming here - Elena is fantastic, efficient and always friendly. Highly recommend!

  Love this place, had cut and hair colour to blend my grey hair to a ash. Totally spot on, felt very relaxed and well cared for.
