  I have been a customer of Brighthouse since 2001. In the days when they were called Crazy George's. I have seen staff come and go over the years and management change. I'm afraid to say not for the better. There is always loud dance style music pumping all day long from in the store. Which can be heard from other parts of the Wellgate Centre. Sometimes when in store or calling on the phone it is hard to hear as the music is so loud. Very off-putting for older customers I would imagine.
