Was spoken to like I was an uneducated unemployed muppet by a jumped up little UK guy from kemp town on a power trip. The (non uk) female staff seem much more accomodating and willing to have resonable conversations to sort out your query. The council is an a the definition of Inefficiency. More money for less service year on year.
