::I found Brighton Pilates Studio a year ago & I love it! It has totally transformed my excersise routine in so many positive ways. The studio is beautiful & the teachers are fantastic. The atmosphere around the whole place is a complete pleasure to be part off. I am addicted to my reformer 2 classes & if I could go every day, twice a day I would be there! I now love excersise & feel better in my body than I ever have & can truly say it is all down to Brighton Pilates Studio & the amazing team there.

::Absolutely love this Pilates club. I been going for almost a year, through my second pregnancy and post natal period, and I'm in much better shape than I ever was with my first pregnancy. I had a very straightforward birth after doing the pregnancy class from 14-40 weeks. The classes are brilliantly taught with a lot of anatomical knowledge, and they're individually tailored to your needs. I'm now doing the post natal and equipment classes and feeling great results. Couldn't ask for more really.

::I've been attending the equipment classes and absolutely love it. I do a lot of weights and also cardio but wasn't stretching properly so when I've been attending classes focus has been on realigning everything - as a pleasant the Pilates movements seem to reach muscles my gym workouts aren't so I am really seeing a result.
