::I came in to check and fix both rear seat belt as they weren't retracting with a child in the seats. I was told it was fixed but on our first journey it certainly wasn't which is dangerous especially if we were in an accident and now they say I have to pay for this non work. Not happy.

::I'm afraid we had a rather bad and stressful experience with Bristol Honda. After leaving the dealership we had several phone calls throughout the day and felt pressurised when dealing with them. On one occasion I said to the salesman (3rd salesman that day) that I needed to talk to my wife about it to which he replied "I don't understand, you have the figures in front of you, why can't you make a decision!?” I found this very rude and pushy, but unfortunately, we accepted a deal on a car because they told us that we could have it "Immediately" and so we paid £1000 to secure the car. Two days later we were informed that the car had been sold! We cancelled the deal as we simply couldn’t trust them. It would appear that this was ploy to rope us in. To give them their dues, they did offer us other cars after this (although at much later dates) and did return our deposit in good faith, but not after a few emails! It appears that most on here have had a good experience, so maybe we were unlucky on this occasion, but my advice is this: Do not allow them to pressurise you. It’s a lot of money and a decision that needs time and thought. The experience we had from Ford and Mazda was much better – not pushy in anyway. Honda pushed so much, they’ve pushed us away. We will not be using Bristol Honda again.

::Unfortunately , the shortest visit I have ever made to a dealership when looking to purchase a new car. My previous experience with Honda was fantastic & resulted in a purchase of a Type R within 30mins . The approach & manner on this occasion from the salesperson was rude, ill judged & insulting. Realising his error he did try & make a joke of it to make amends. Too late. My visit today to your showroom was really disappointing & took less time than it takes the Civic Type R to get round the Nurburgring & that’s not a record to be proud of .
