::Its alright but takes ages to get an appointment - has been 2 or so years since I was first referred by my dentist, and I only found out last month when I was getting braces. But what can you expect from the NHS, with a long waiting list?

::Had to wait outside in cold while they had a staff meeting which was at the time of our appointment. Turns out your treatment is not carried out by the orthodontist, they just consult and the nurses do the work.

::getting very annoyed as I have made 2 different appointments and they have forgotten to log them so now I can't get an appointment till may if ever. very annoyed

::Ever so not happy with the service I received! Both me and my sister needed braces, and went to two different orthodontist, resulting in her having perfect teeth, and me being left with an over bite and not straight teeth! I was told I would receive braces after wearing my retainer but that never happened! And although Im not satisfied im almost 18 so I have to pay!
