  Working with Ben Conway after a lower back injury has been great. His explanation of what likely caused the injury was clear and informative. With a combination of sports massage and using the exercises he gave me I quickly recovered from the initial pain. I now feel equipped with the information and exercise progressions I need to prevent a repeat injury. Would recommend this practice.

  I met Chris at the Redland Clinic for the first time today and he was so very helpful and knowledgeable - and immediately spotted some fairly small tweaks to my running style which have the potential to make it much more efficient! They were more than happy to honour a January promotional offer which I had to postpone due to injury as well.

  I had my treatment with Alex, he did a fantastic job of making the problem extremely clear to me from the get go which made me a lot more optimistic about my football injury. The treatment was weekly with hour long sessions and over a much quicker period than anticipated I was able to get back to full fitness and playing football with confidence! Delighted with the quality of his work and the ongoing advice. I'm going to continue going to see him as and when to make sure I stay injury free in the future. Can't recommend highly enough!

  Great sports massage from Ben - took time to familiarise himself with me and my specific needs related to my sport. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a sport massage/physio!
