::The worst experience I have ever had with getting my car serviced. I'd give them zero stars if I could. - They had my car for 4 days because they messed up ordering tyres. THis was supposed to be a single day's service. - They did not keep me informed and it took ages to get through to them on the phone. That was until I raised head office on twitter. - When I finally went in to get my car, they told me they had underquoted by £120 on the tyres, but it's ok, I'd only have to pay for £60 of that. - It took three attempts for them to put the correct amount through the payment system. - There were no managers available and the service advisors had no authority to sort this out. - They claimed they had washed and vacuumed the car, but they hadn't. Or perhaps they had washed the outside on the first day and it got dusty in the meantime. Never use these people. I'd rather take a day off work and drive somewhere else.

::A very disappointing experience, my wife had a car from BSM prior to her current 308, when we went through the process of upgrading we found ourselves lied to by the salesman, who had then left when we went to get the car, and were told they were sorry, but nothing they could do. After care is no better, a two hour service invariably takes a whole day, and though we are on just add fuel, the care offered is negligible. When the car developed a fault whereby the brake lights remained on, we were told they couldn't fix it and would need the courtesy car back, after a heated argument about the safety of putting a car on the road with permanent brake lights lit, and a blunt refusal to return the car until ours was fixed they managed to sort it out within 24 hours. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.
