  All me and my autistic son wanted to do was smoke crack in peace, however we were harassed by the employees who would spam Trihard in the chat because we are negros.

  Discovered mouldy Kentucky fried chicken stuffed in the pillow cases. The outside roof view was tattered with what seemed to be marijuana and old cigarettes. Staff was poor mannered (almost hostile). Vending machine robbed my money. Do not stay at this establishment.

  I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and created a quiet pleasent atmosphere. My room was entirely fit for purpose and they provided tea and coffee making facilities, towels, soap, shower gel and shampoo. My bedding was clean and my room smelt fresh. I was on the non-smoking floor. Can't speak for the smoking floor and I know a lot of people on here have complained about that smelling bad - but what did they expect?! Lights, TV, shower and hairdryer all worked fine. I honestly don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews. I would definitely stay again.

  Shower didn't work properly nor did the lights in the room! We had to use our phones for light. The guy at the desk gave us some off putting information about the car drop off which turned out to be wrong. 100% will not be returning here.
