  Cheap and cheerful. Badly in need of a refurb although it is kept clean. Showing its age and tired looking. Good three course buffet for £8.50 per head for guests, book at reception. Breakfast is £7.00. Handy location in the city centre with council run car park a short stroll away. Spacious rooms. The bar closes at 10.30 which is unusual in a hotel. Overall a good stay for the price.

  A lot of problems. Heating broke down in dining room and dance room. Only one lift was working. We was told a time to go in for our dinner, then told us and 6 other people that there was no room. So we had to wait 20 minutes. For our breakfast there was about 30 young people who came in from swimming and then they run out of food and again had to wait. . But I have to say the bed linen and towels was beautifully clean. The staff in reseption were lovely.

  We originally booked a family room for 3 people and upon arrival we only had 2 single beds and a very hard pull out bed set up. We spoke to the staff on reception who were very accomodating. Changed the bed completely and provided extra pillows and towels for the nights stay. Worth recommending as it is very close to all tourist attractions and the food is very nice from here.

  Un hotel que necesita urgentemente una reforma en las habitaciones. Y si quieren dejar de lado la decadencia y lo más conservador del estilo inglés, deberían de cambiarlo todo. Lo bueno es que está en El Centro y si lo coges con tiempo, no es demasiado caro.

  Muy viejo y decadente. Precios bastante altos.
