  Horrible rude inappropriate staff who are ignorant and have an attitude problem. I would not recommend visiting this shop or donating here. There are more deserving charities around Birmingham who would gladly take your donations and would appreciate you donating and spending money in there store. This establishment is unsatisfactory and is often dirty. The staff need to be given basic manners lessons and give the shop a good clean.

  Some of the shoes and clothing is over priced but books , cds , brick a brac and dvds are always worth a look if you're in this part of town.

  Excellent customer service and prices, Brought a few Items today... all were in brilliant condition and the staff were very helpful... and of course all for a good cause

  The establishment was unsatisfactory. I did my work experience there and it was not good. There was six of us and now there is only three. I am one of the people who have left. The staff had a terrible attitude. Especially the woman with the blue hair. she was one of the worst but not the worst. I would not recommend any one to go to this shop as it is filled with liars and the staff are not nice people in general.
