  There is a temporary ramp to allow access but it is very steep.

  Great vet. Nothing's ever too much trouble. Even had a sympathy card from them when my cat was hit by a car and I wanted him cremated a few years back. Now I have two new kitties and we wouldn't go anywhere else!
