  Worst customer service from any company i have ever encountered, Chasing an invoice for 4weeks now and i cant claim back on my expenses because of this.

  Nothing wrong with the car but returning it out of hours wasn't ideal. You need to tell other customers to park in closer to one another. Had to leave our vehicle on the pavement as there wasn't space!

  Booked a van with Budget only to receive a phone call a couple of hours before pick up to say no van was available so they were cancelling my booking. Phoned the central Customer Service (Term used loosely) who were only able to transfer my call to the local office! This left me with a desperate scramble to find another van with another company and resulted in a day's lost work. Beware when booking, doesn't necessarily mean that you will get a vehicle. Would have given no stars, but the system wouldn't let me.

  Was nearly put off by the bad reviews but everything went smoothly for me. Good price, van was well kept and friendly customer service.

  Cheapest van hire in Cambridge I could find. And excellent customer service - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Would use again.
