  I had a tooth removed after suffering with toothache for over a month , not being registered with the dentist they still had me in straightaway & the dentist removed the tooth she was very good no pain & done very quickly

  Can never get hold of them!! never answer the phone any time of the day you call!! They also change appointment all the time and don't let you know about it. By far the worst dentist around newport a year on and still never answer the phones wish there was more nhs dentits around that we could change to.

  Can never get an answer on the phone... when I eventually have got an annswer the staff have been very rude and unhelpful, poor poor company no concern for the people just the money.

  I really wouldn't bother coming here. In my search for an NHS dentist, and in some pain, I was persuaded to join their "semi-private" list. They did an assessment of my teeth and found that I needed two fillings elsewhere. When I said I would have to do them next time for cost reasons, I got a nice little guilt trip. But what do you know? Shortly afterwards I found an NHS dentist. No fillings required, they said. I even asked them to double check for me, and they confirmed there were no problems. You have to trust your medical professionals, and that trust is earned.

  If I could give no-stars I would! Turned up this morning for an appointment to be told that my 6 year old daughter's been removed from the list! Why I wasn't informed of this before I turned up, or when I made the appointment I don't know! Big company putting profit before people and draining money from the NHS!
