Quantity faced dentist care. They want to make as much patients as they can and the quality of service is really bad. I was charged full for just being booked for next appointment I could tell myself which tooth needs to be done and said it to them - this is just insane they are so arrogant they just are trying to get as much as they can from your money and you wouldnt even question that as you are not expert (yes I already had scan from previous visit).

I've been going here for a few years and have always had good service. The turnover of NHS dentists seems quite high so I haven't seen the same dentist twice since my dentist went private a few years ago but the dentists I've seen have always been professional and helpful. I was a little nervous about it changing to a BUPA clinic but not much seems to have changed and I'm still happy going there.

Avoid ! They are RIP-OFF I had wisdom tooth pain and I paid 85 quid for visit in which some unexperienced dentist saw my tooth for literally 1 minute and said he wont extract it as it didn't grow enough so I should go to hospital. He didn't even make a scan to diagnose better was inside room for 3 minutes (2 years ago I extracted another wisdom tooth with them without any problems and had proper scan) .Was charged for emergency but they called me when some patient resigned and I wasnt aware it was emergency as they had free window. Said Im unhappy of service just before paying(my stupidity was I paid as reception person said I dont have to and they will contact me with decision - probably they would contact me next day if I didnt pay not half year after) After being there 3 times (calling about 10 ) manager ignored me for half year they called me today back (after I send mail yesterday again) that they wont reimburse me because service is not paid by time and of course blaiming previous reception staff and previous manager with not replying. Well I wouldn't call 1 min watching on my tooth and saying "go to hospital a service - ITS rip-off watch out as they might do it pretty often. I'm sure they are (just taking 85 for emergency to tell you to go to hospital) as I went to different dentist in Oxford same week and they have extracted it without any problems(also had proper scan on first visit)

I've been going to oasis dental practise for over 10 years & have always encouraged friends & family to go & try them out but in the past 2 years since the new staff change, i have experienced the worst service & care of my life. The blonde polish receptionist in particular is pompous, rude & arrogant. The straw that broke the camels back for me was when I made an emergency appointment for this morning (toothache with excruciating pain when eating or drinking) & turned up 3 mins late only to b told by the male receptionist I was late & the dentist would not see me at all till Monday now. Furious as I was I told the receptionist in a calm manner that "im in pain & can not wait that long so there must be something you can do?" He didnt seem to care one bit & just simply shook his head & said no rather then calling the dentist again or the manager to see if anything else could be done. After that was said the pompous polish receptionist says to me I'm not bound by oasis & should go to another practise as theres nothing they can do so I did, never to return to the dentist which I always liked & recommended. 2 👎👎down & good luck is all I can say
