  Dear Lana, Pardon this open letter, but your email doesn't seem to be receiving mail. On June 2, my husband and I came into your store to order about 70 pounds sterling of flowers (peonies and hydrangeas) for a friend’s birthday on June 11. We specifically asked that they be delivered on that day. She lives on Holland Park, very close to your shop. My friend received the flowers and told me how beautiful they were. The only trouble was that the flowers were delivered a week early on June 4 instead of June 11! Because I had been busy, I did not have time to write and express my disappointment earlier. In this case, things turned out alright since she got the flowers anyway and enjoyed them. However, since she travels a lot, an early delivery of flowers would mean that she would not be there to enjoy them and the whole point of a gift completely missed! Please let your staff know about this huge mistake that has not gone unnoticed. Thanks for your attention. June from Los Angeles
