  Had my Vehicle recovered by the AA as it wouldn't start and wouldn't take a charge, Bussey's had my Transit Custom for 3 days only to be told there was nothing wrong with it, most unhelpful staff who didn't know what was going on with my vehicle. Update: Today 18th March had same issue with my vehicle would not start and would not take a charge had the AA out again, Patrolman Martin was excellent, he did a full diagnostic on the battery and it turns out the battery is faulty, was told by your staff at Bussey's that this had been checked but the covers had never been off the battery (it is Located under the driver's seat) so will be taking it to Bussey's in the morning again

  Ok dealership, second hand cars are not cheap and sales staff need more training, parts department helpful. Gby
