  I am very annoyed at being charged the incorrect postal rate - yet again. I needed to dispatch two large letter 'boxes' each containing one small item of costume jewellery - both weighing under 100g. Both fitted through the large letter slot (I have my own at home so always test before I send) They were international orders and should have gone as large letter at £3.15 per parcel. Instead the post mistress has charged me small parcel rate at £4.20 each. This is not the first time I have been overcharged, so from now on I will not be using the post office in my village. I am small business person trying to make a living and not in the habit of sharing my profits with Royal mail.

  Got ill from their rank food. They got fined for it check it out on Google. Stay away from their rank stores. I'm gonna spend 11 years now dedicating my life to losing them business As they sell crap that make you bad. Stay away, unless you wanna go hospital.
