::We were greeted by an extremely miserable waitress and served by an incredibly rude, miserable unwelcoming manager, the price is not worth the service. I'll stick to my starbucks next time, far better service and value for money.

::One of my favourite spots in London. Amazing breakfasts, nice service and good prices!!! HIHHLY RECOMMENDED!

::All fur coat and no knickers..... £12.50 for a slice of cake and a cup of tea, even given the location this is exorbitant for what you get. It was nice enough, but no better than a Marks and Spencer's café, and the service was reasonably attentive. But, the head waiter who brought me the bill, thought the 50p change was his for granted, and he didn't like it one bit when I asked for what was rightly mine. You already pay a hefty service charge as it is. Tough tiddy sunshine was my response. You can get at least the same and even better for less than half the price elsewhere even in central London.

::Rude staff. Bad service. Expensive food. Not recommended.

::Nice dining ambience as it exudes the old Vienna cafe charm. Frequented by tourists, they serve a decent full English Breakfast, priced at £8.95 (excluding drinks). They also serve a great variety of dessert. The overall food and beverage price is slightly on the higher end. A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to the bill. Complimentary free wifi is available, just ask the cafe attendant for the password.
