  Overall good garage and service, however I would advise potential buyers to make sure you send the V5 to the DVLA and don't let them do it for you, as would appear that they have "conveniently" not sent ours and we're now looking at shelling out £25 to get a new one. Not cool!

  Do not buy from these people - they are FRAUDSTERS - same director opening up and closing businesses selling dodgy cars, with engine's rebuilt from scrap yard! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Same director as Cars Comfort Ltd, 220 Uxbridge Road - they have done a runner cause too many people after them and taking them to court.....   Purchased a car from them, just 2 days later i realised that radiator fan is not working properly, some time it kicks in some time not, i called back, guy told me to bring the car back to him, i explained him that its heating problem i cant drive anymore, they decided to pick up the car them self, changed the fax and then delivered the car to my home. had very good impression of these guys, i was not expecting this type of treatment from a car dealer to be honest, any how nice experiance, well looked after i would say.

  We are a small jewellery manufacturing company we needed 3 cars for the company we did a search on the net the closest was car palace ltd , we purchased 3 cars which are still in excellent condition on problems and the customer service was 5 star rating we would recommend you to buy your cars from car palace ltd .   Bought a Smart car from Car Palace. Battery broke on same day of purchase. Had to go back several times with different faults for the first month. Very rude and unhelpful staff. Cost me lots of money to go back and forth to the dealer. They did not want to fix it even though I had paid for their warranty...it was a complete nightmare to do business with them!!
