  Very happy with Cardiff bridal centre. Recently ordered my dress from here because they had such beautiful wedding dresses and helpful staff. Lizzy was fantastic in advising me. She's very good at figuring out what you want and finding it for you, and is very patient so you don't feel pressured at all. So request Lizzy if you go there!

  For any of my lovely friends getting married or friends with anyone getting married any time soon a little word of warning....BEWARE CARDIFF BRIDAL CENTRE on mill lane. Literally the worst shopping experience imaginable. Only interested in getting your money and then you are non-existent to them. So bad I've decided to simply lose my deposit than give them another penny of my money. If you do still shop there please be very careful, anything you are told should be taken with a pinch of salt as when you question this at a later date you will quite simply be told you are wrong, laughed at and talked over the entire time. The mananger in particular was the worst sales person I have ever come across and how she is employed to manage a store that should be purely focused on the customers satisfaction and overall experience is beyond me! Going by the reviews this isn't the first time the service has been questioned either. Please share, they didn't care that I wasn't happy and I don't want anyone to feel this way on what should be the best shopping day of their lives.

  I had a great experience at Cardiff Bridal Centre. I was served by Caroline who let me and my party browse the dresses in the shop, which there are numerous, then gave me as much time as I needed to try on the dresses I pulled out. She went to the time and trouble to find other dresses she thought might be suitable based on my taste including one that was currently in repairs as she knew it would be one I liked. It was a really positive experience for me and I would definitely reccomend the shop. Thank you Caroline.

  Never in my life have I dealt with such rude unprofessional people! They were lovely to begin with and couldn't help me enough. They failed to change the name on my contract to the correct name, making the contract unenforceable. The manner of Katie is beyond appalling and disgusting. Her attitude and response to me was "I am above the law and my decision is final", appalling, stay clear and shop elsewhere.

  I went not knowing what I wanted and ended up finding a dress I absolutely loved, thanks to the help from Caroline. All staff were lovely no pressure to buy, amazing experience
