  Not living in Cardiff I needed the work doing on a Sunday and Steve was flexible and did the work on a Sunday afternoon. Communication was excellent and the job done efficiently and I was very happy with the way Steve and his team completed the task. I would certainly recommend Cardiff House Clearance to anyone who's looking for a friendly and efficient service.

  I was very pleased with the service provided by Cardiff House Clearance in June 2017 I was having to clear a house and garage at very short notice and this company was a great help. After I contacted them, Steve came down on a Sunday to discuss the work, gave me a price and a day and time. He was very punctual on the day of clearance, even phoning before he came to let us know he was on the way. The clearance was carried out swiftly and efficiently by his team, all of whom were polite and well-organised. Steve was clearly in charge and arranged the clearance very effectively. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
