  Really friendly. Needed help with my bike lock. The guy was honest and did the job for me real cheap. Love it when businesses don't try and upsell or get you to spend more cash. Would definitely be going there again.

  A fantastic experience. I went to get x3 replacement barrels and Richard was incredibly helpful and patient as he explained all of my options and gave me impartial advice without trying to upsell things at all. I would thoroughly recommend for any lock issues.
