  ordered a copy of birth certificate paid for first class post on friday. still didnt turn up monday. now cant get through to them. keeps cutting me off after 6 mins. need it for a death certificate. dire

  Tried to call them multiple times and never got hold of anyone it just hung up on me... after waiting 5 minutes.

  Me and my fiance had our first date here in January 2015. Nearly three years later and we have booked it for our wedding reception. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and great food. Also I have booked a table at this place four times via email or telephone and had no problems whatsoever.

  Very helpful team at the office. Entrance is on the west side of the building opposite the law courts

  Reception area is small. Staff are friendly and helpful. The day i visited the lift was broken so it would make access to the reception difficult for disabled people. The Registrar was really nice and helpful.
