::Tried to get my phone fixed, took ages to be seen as the guy was too busy chatting to his friends. The other staff were sales so couldn't help me and seemed to be very bored. When the guy told me it would be ten days to get my phone fixed, I decided to think about it. Fortunately I passed Fone Doctors at the other side of the shopping centre, who fixed it in one hour, and for cheaper. Don't even bother with this Carphone Warehouse.

::We came to try the Pixel 2 and wanted to buy it at the shop. However, its funny that the store opens until 7pm but at 5pm the pixel 2 phone "expert" already left! So no one really came to ask to help or could be bothered to talk to us. When asked they didnt even know about the trade-in scheme that was available online. No clue! The manager seemed comfortable sitting at the corner and didnt care that we needed more information. Terrible attitude from top to bottom. The good news is Amazon and online retail will churn out stores like this so we wont have to waste our time in store.

::I wanted to buy a sim free phone and pay cash up front for the device but I was refused a phone because I didn't want to buy via contract, They had one in stock for the phone I wanted and basically told go away and come back monday! as we prefer to get commission instead of gaining good customer service. I phoned customer service and told they shouldn't have done this, But the manager of this store refused to let me buy a handset because it wasn't on contract. Shocking service and I had to travel to another store who again only had one in stock but who were happy to sell me the phone. Never using this store again, Avoid at all costs.
