  The staff are good very helpful & they offer a wide variety of device's on a contract, also unblocked phones if you don't want a contract plus they also do repairs. I have been using Carphone Warehouse for nearly 10yrs now. This particular 1 has been there nearly 3 years now and is much better than it was when first opened due to teething problems. I highly recommend them.

  Pre ordered the new Samsung S7 Edge from this shambles of a place and have still not received the handset after 3 days of delays and excuses. The branch didn't return my calls and had to drive to bishopbriggs to be told the text message I received to say my handset was ready for collection was wrong. Called their complaints department and they advised that the branch hadn't completed their forms correctly. Ended up cancelling the order. Avoid at all costs
