  If you speak to someone called Carl make sure you record your calls as he says one thing to you then completely denys he's said it to his director.. And obviosly the director belives the staff over the customer..My partner was put through a lot of stess with carvers and they was not helpful at all.

  Don't waste your time walking around all those big hardware stores to no avail !!! Sit on a deckchair in the garden with a beer and order your metal gutter repair brackets etc..etc from Carvers Great products, excellent service and prompt delivery at a fair price. Job done....

  First visit to carvers I was well impressed with the huge store Jerry from timber yard was very helpful I will not hesitate to visit again when I have a project/job to do around the home

  When I was looking for a new kitchen last year I visited Carvers to view the range they offered. I was pleasantly surprised by their competitive quote and gave them my business. A few days before the agreed instal date, the assigned fitter visited me and we discussed the logistics of the project which included removing old units and appliances in kitchen and utility area, new floor tiling in both areas plus a dining area, fitting new units, worktops and appliances with minor electrical and plumbing alterations. The complete project took a month to complete but there was minimum disruption. The Carvers project manager visited us on a regular basis to ensure we were happy with how things were going. The principle fitter and other sub contracted fitters were very courteous and respectful of our property and took great care in completing the work to our satisfaction. Minor defects were dealt with quickly and without hesitation I would certainly recommend Carvers to anybody contemplating a similar project.
