  Went in to look at vehicles and ended up test driving one. It had no fuel and when we drove round the roundabout the passenger seat belt light flashed up and kept beeping even though my seat belt was being used and strapped in. Slightly worrying. Anyway got back and wanted to go elsewhere to test drive something first before we decided. They kept the £250 reserve fee that we had put down, after confirming constantly we would get an immediate refund three days later and still waiting! Be careful when buying a car from these guys.

  Happy with the car (Jaguar Xf 3.0 V6 240) which was a part exchange. Small things make a big difference. When I picked up the car no fuel was left in it, car was hardly idling ..I asked Mr S. and he brought some fuel in a canister so i could get to a fuel pump..Service light was STILL ON after a fresh MOT with Car World.. Incomplete spear wheel kit. Otherwise nice car.

  Very friendly staff, helpful service manager. i will recommend this service to my friends and family and will use again in future. Helped me get a good deal on my first car :)

  I went in yesterday to exchange my car and upgrade to a newer one...the staff there were very helpful and friendly....they were informative and knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions. I found the whole experience excellent and the whole process although long went very smoothly from getting my car valued, to going on a test drive and consulting with the finance manager to the exchange and collection process....I bought my previous car from them and again found the whole process was smooth, so i decided to use them again....their cars are always top condition and I never had a problem with the previous car I bought from them....and i am really pleased with my new car that I purchased from them ....I would highly recommend Carworld not only because of the customer service but the also the vast variety of cars that are all there.....I would not go anywhere else to buy a car.

  Very helpful and friendly staff. No hard sell or shadowing. Even after looking around and saying we would return they let us do our thing....what car buyers need, less stress! Great job. Cars sorted by type which helped.
