  Reading the reviews/comments are shocking! Just put 1 star reviews and enough is said! -physical assaults -Racial abuse -Cheating customers of hard earned money -Bad Quality of products -Theft of money -Rude/Violence from staff and owner More than 5 occasions police have been called apparently. What is going on? As for my own experience I was rushed to a weird small room and told to remove my clothes, then I was told to rub myself with some strange cheap substance. After that I got a cold bucket of water thrown over myself and told to leave. It was truly shocking.

  Don't be put off by the less than salubrious location. The staff bend over backwards to make sure you are having a lovely time. I arrived early and they happily accommodated me. Mint tea was flowing and my skin was glowing. Lovely friendly staff. Ramy was so quick to reply to my emails, and so courteous. His mum addresses clients as 'ma belle,'' which is a nice touch. Treatments were applied by a fantastic French lady, and a lovely Moroccan lady was so kind and helpful too. I'd love to go back.

  Me and my husband went there for our anniversary and had a Hammam for two and gave the receptionist the price as she didn’t know what was on the website. I asked if I could have a foot massage instead of reflexology and all was agreed and I was given a price. On the day of the treatment the receptionist started talking about reflexology again after I already said I didn’t want it. I had to pay an extra £12 on the day as I wanted a foot massage instead of reflexology and by the time I went to the cash point as their card machine doesn’t work to give the extra £12 she had forgotten! Apart from the forgetfulness and being charged extra the treatment was lovely and so were the staff, they work very hard!

  Great place for a break away from the everyday stress... Very professional masseuses and overall service. Tried the hammam bath for the first time and can’t believe I never tried it before .. Super charged for the week ahead and definitely visiting again ..
