  Extremely slow service and unfriendly environment. Unhappy, waited for over 30 minutes and didn't get the service that I asked for. Asked to wait again. Never again. Pay low prices, get low quality service.

  Always very helpful and all staff are friendly. Prices are very good and you always get exactly what you ask for!

  The salon was not as clean , as it was , hair brush and combs ,not as clean as it was last year when it was so clean , staff s was work one lady was doing three ladies , and a man with a blazer. Was not very helpful what hair dress where a blazer .

  Went to Cellys this morning with my mother in law Maggie we both wanted but wash n blow dry Maggie was chuffed to bits with the service she had received. I was chuffed with the service and cut I had done But the price wasn't what I had expected I was expecting it to cost £13.50 as I had a condition treatment witch was £2.50 on top of the £11.00 for the wash cut and blow dry . But when I got to the till the cost was £22.00 . Prices need to be explained be for any cutting takes place .

  I enjoyed the atmosphere, people were happy and chatty. I liked the service and the smell of the place. The colour i had done wasn't quite what I asked for, but it turned out really nice. I didn't have a cut, just a blow dry. No products used at this point, not sure if she forgot or intentional. Overall happy with the colour and service, not bad for £30! Some customers rude to staff, pushing them to work longer hours to fit them in. I will probably come again :)
