  I had a good experience with Centurion Property. I was provided with a high standard of service. I was kept regularly informed and updated with developments in the sale of my property. The Centurion team were very friendly, helpful and professional.

  I only rated one star as I had to rate to post.... Seriously AVOID! We rented our house out with them and our last tenant caused £100's worth of damage, none of this was picked up on 'supposed inspections' carried out by the agents..... These estate agents do not do the proper checks on the tenants they find for your property. As it turned out, the neighbours of our rented house told us of all the hassle these tenants had been giving them.. Terible service avoid like the plague!

  I have asked them numerous times to contact the landlord of a property they let with regards to the tenants anti social behaviour and they have been no help what so ever all they say is we don't manage the property we only found the let. All we can do is pass on your complaints to the landlord. So if you have a property that you let through Centurion i wonder what they are not telling you.

  The purchase of my property was very testing at times due to it taking just over 7 months to complete. However I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Centurion. They were very reactive to my many phone calls and went the extra mile, including clearing the property of furniture that had been left by the seller I would recommend using Centurion as they care about their customers and provide exceptional service.

  We used Paul and his friendly team to sell our house this year. From the very first contact, Centurion were full of good advice about the market and how to sell our house. Assistance, availability and persistence to sell were second to none. Cost wise was comparable to the online only 'agents' without any of the worry. When the sale stalled, they were there, pushing buttons and mediating between buyer, vendor, agents and solicitors to get the deal over the line. Paul & Co. would be keeping us informed and advising us all the way, whoever picked up the phone was aware of our situation and updated us accordingly. I really can't recommend Centurion enough. We have relocated now to our dream home and are telling everyone who will listen (and those that don't!) about the great service received. All the best. John, Dawn and family.
