::Dreadful experience, daughter was sold a phone that turned out to be faulty. She had bought it with a substantial amount of her birthday money. Tried to return it, shop refused and tried to blame us for the damage and effectively called us liars, in front of the other customers. Very wrong! A deeply unpleasant experience. We will never do business with vex again.

::They offer good trade in prices are various electronics and games, they also offer 2 year warranty on pre owned purchase which gives peace of mind compared to buying from somewhere like eBay.

::(Not this particular CeX but CeX/WeBuy as an organisation) I was sent the incorrect variation of a product I'd ordered (pebble steel smart watche). I was sent the watch with a leather strap when the photo clearly showed a metal (steel) strap/band. I went into store and was asked to submit a complaint form and told I'd be contacted within 48 hours (it has now been 5 days, no reply). Nowhere on the website does it state that it would come with a leather strap nor does it say it may vary from the image (pebble steel smart watch with a steel band). From what A store employee said it was a generic image (under technicality, false advertising) however the organisation I'd ordered it from and sent a complaint to, (WeBuy) has not responded. Considering the fact that it has taken them more than two and a half times the amount of time they suggest for a message to be responded to it seems they may have a quantity of messages or complaints to respond to suggesting this was a general lack of organisation on behalf of the organisation as a whole. 1 star of 5, I'd prefer to be served poorly over not being served at all.
