  Went to take my laptop in the shop smelt really bad of sweat and body odour. When I finally got served they checked my laptop over and gave me a price of £112 I was happy with it and they went to hand it to their tester and came back to tell me to come back tomorrow at 2pm it was 0915 in the morning and got told to come for the money if everything checks out got handed my receipt and went on my way. Returned the next day waited again for ages to be told that they couldn't take my laptop as the keyboard cover has seemed to bow above the keys upon being handed the laptop I noticed that it has recieved scratches and chips I was really shocked and obviously furious yo being handed back a more damaged laptop to their poor handling. AVOID THEM! Taking matters higher at this point as I do have photo evidence of it before I took it in.

  Be prepared to wait, customer service is very very slow. Some of the prices are not very reasonable, for example the new releases are the same price as you would get from the supermarket, but secondhand. Not the greatest selection of some categories, but I suppose its whatever people bring in to trade. I would also trade online as if its quicker than queuing in person at the store

  Would have given a five star if it wasn't for the fact I toke 5 items to the counter and none was in stock on my last visit but I can't knock the prices of second hand games

  Only been here couple of times so not an expert on the place. Staff are OK. I already knew what I wanted so I didn't really put them to too much work. Good selection of items and prices are on the low end. No issues with what I bought so far. Great place to get your electronics and tech for a reasonable price.

  Sometimes you'll go in and it's a load of old tat. Sometimes you find an absolute gem of a movie, show or game for a criminally cheap price. The latter definitely makes up for the former.
