  There's usually a wait to be served. The process of buying and selling can be painfully slow. Prices for buying things are fairly reasonable, some are excessive though. Similarly, when selling it's a mixed picture, sometimes I'm offered a higher amount than I expect, other times it's a fairly small sum. Staff are always helpful. Good overall.

  Tried to trade in my phone and they offer me 1p and tell me it has to be as a non-working item. Their website said they'd give me upwards of 40quid for it. They tell me there are cracks on the case which are not even there. Business model is to fabricate damage and buy for peanuts then sell at massively inflated prices. Trading in not worth the effort.

  I've been happy with my purchases and trade ins. I think they have excellent deals, but sometimes, more expensive items have to be on par with current competitor prices. I am aware if that so it doesn't bother me. The staff I have met have all been excellent. The only problem I have, (deduct one star) is the music, which can be VERY heavy and VERY loud. When it's like that I can't stay and browse. Even if there's something I want. I would have to leave.
