Staff were rude and angry - this Seems to be a recurring theme. Did have a good range of stuff.

Beautiful post office. Relaxed positive customer focused attitude. Nice interesting antiques in a cabinet of post office memorabilia. Pretty victorian ceiling/dome. Good old fashioned customer service. Nice sincere customer service. Leave with a smile :)

Don't let the nice open space and fancy stationary deceive you. This is a painful place to take your business. If there's any sort of queue, expect to be in there for an unimaginably long amount of time as the staff take what can only be described as a 'leisurely' amount of time to serve anyone. Extra staff will bumble around doing not very much and pretend that they can't see you waiting to be served. It'd be quicker taking a brisk walk to another post office.

Only deserves 1 star as I recieve appalling customer service every time I'm served by the lady that's the manager (small with long black hair) and it's disgusting the way she speaks to her staff! It's a shame because all the other staff are great. I usually stay at the front of the shop now to be served by the girl with short hair, great customer service from her-always smiling.

Hi! Great big post office without the clutter of a grocery store, it's got everything you need to send any items. But the biggest attraction to me was the smell of history and old wood and looks if straight out of the early 1900s.It has some very rare photo of Albert Einstein in Charing Cross.well worth visiting.
