  There was 6 of us staying in a cottage, the accommodation was basic but comfortable and clean. The facilities in the hotel were lovely keeping the kids more than occupied on rainy days. The staff were helpful and friendly.

  Hotel set in the grounds of a golf course. Good swimming pool and spa. Reasonable priced restaurant and food was tasty. Rooms were good size and clean. Stayed for work purposes but enjoyed the bits that I could use.

  I've been returning here for over 10 years. A great club with great atmosphere, friendly people and staff with no hint of snobbery. The golf course has a great range of holes with no two alike. Some which require a bit of thinking but lots where you can release the beast and go for your longest drive.

  We spent the long weekend at the China fleet club with our two kids. We have a wonderful time at the club and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and facilities. Just what we were looking for - swimming pool for kids, spa for us, some family sports - badminton, tennis and table tennis. And access to a well equipped gym. We even pampered ourselves with massages. All in all - a fabulous and memorable experience. Strongly recommend.

  Excellent experience with both the brasserie and the spa. Definitely membership-oriented, though you can visit the aqua spa for a couple of hours for £18, which is a very well equipped spa. Be aware it can get quite busy on the weekend--it was difficult to actually try everything in the aqua spa--but there is also a large pool and slide just outside to have fun with while waiting. The food was slightly pricey but quite tasty, and the squash courts were also excellent. Easy parking with lots of it.
