  Nice lady on reception checks your application for obvious errors. Do your research for application and you will have no problems. Have patience with their poor website 😞

  It was very fast. But the recepcionist asked to make some copies that I did not needed and each photocopy was 50p.

  Don't even bother calling. I've called about 30+ times over the last couple of days to check up on my application. Even sent emails, but yet again, no response at all! Not very reassuring when they request payment by you sending all of your bank details to them written on their Payment Application form. I've had the money sitting in my account for almost 2 weeks now and I haven't had any correspondence from them to say they have received my application or when to expect the money leaving my bank account. (Luckily my application was recorded so I know they have received it ok!), but still. I haven't heard anything from them at all. I managed to get hold of the London Visa Centre, but they couldn't do anything to help me. So I'm out of suggestions as to what to do! Thankfully we're going away in March so we still have time, but the process has been dragged out for such a long time - very frustrating!
