  I spoke to Chris Davies on Monday about a Neff oven repair I needed and he made an appointment to visit the next day between 1 and 5pm. Arrived on Tuesday at 3pm, fixed the problem within half an hour as he had the heating element on his van, plus a light bulb that also needed replaced. Brilliant! He also fixed a cookerhood problem I had (which hadn't been booked in as a job) - couldn't ask anymore. Very competitive pricing at just over £100 for all the parts and his time, and as we live in the country there's travelling time too. Thoroughly recommended.

  Arrived late outside allotted appointment time without so much as a text and then charges us a call out fee (no mention of this on website at all!) when he was only around for 10 minutes! Shouldn't have been charged since he was late!! And over charging for a part that is cheap. Not very professional in my opinion and certainly won't be recommending or using him again. Avoid.

  Perfect, excellent service. Arrived within one hour as promised on Good Friday, polite, very tidy job, very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Fantastic!!
