  The cinema has a lot of screens and great choice. The ticket prices are very pricey tho. Friendly staff most of the time. The new 4dx is exciting and brings a new edge to cinema. Edit: as longtime cardholders both my wife and I have cancelled. It’s no longer worth it. Sure you can get discount at pizza express and may go to another expensive cinema but that doesn’t make it add up. Customer services were useless

  £4 a ticket?! Such good value for such good facilities. Staff were lovely too

  The prices are amazing compared to any city in the UK ever. They have all the newest movies and some specials so why go anywhere else.

  As an Unlimited member I do not feel that the price of the subscription reflects the number of films available per month. There have been some months where there have been very few releases that I have been interested in and so I am wasting my money for nothing. Unfortunately, it has got to the point now where both myself and my partner will be cancelling our subscription. The Cardiff branch has good staff, and well maintained, but the prices are not competitive. Will be using my local Vue from now on.

  Longtime Cineworld cardholder but now there are rude people in almost every screen talking (tired of having to ask people to stop), the noisiest popcorn bags ever made, and hardly any staff as we switch to self service. When I asked for a cinema ticket the staff member tried to shame me and think about "the trees I'm cutting down".
