  Really nice (comparing to Premier Inn). Friendly staff. Very clean. My room had fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery. Bathroom was lovely. Bed comfy. No breakfast, but I knew that in advance cos I read the brochure, and bought an instant porridge with me. Extremely good for the price.

  Came in on the 13th of February 2018. Excellent service, staff were really friendly and helpful, came in to check in and ending up having a upgrade which was a plus, the room was great and today and the bathroom was lovely to, would use this hotel again when the next time I come up to Wakefield

  Great hotel right in the centre of Wakefield, lovely clean rooms and really comfortable beds, and to top it all very reasonable prices, will be there again soon. Chris

  Great hotel. Free upgrade from the staff as they were quiet. Rooms are immaculate and staff are on hand to sort any problems. Can't really pull them on anything. Definitely will be staying here again if I'm working in the area.

  We were upgraded to a Superior Double on arrival but unfortunately that room had clearly had some sort of issue with drainage in the bathroom. Toilet and sink were not draining and carpet outside bathroom was wet. Also because the radiator in the room was plugged into the wall and was only powered when the keycard was present the room was initially quite cold. However, on mentioning these problems to the person on the front desk she very politely came to check the issue and promptly organised another superior room for us. No issues with the new room whatsoever. Warm, dry and a very comfortable bed with a powerful shower and decent TV. Window looked directly onto the 10-15 capacity car park so curtains were a must at all times as we were on the ground floor. Overall though, a good experience and I would come here again.
