  sadly, after feeling very enthusiastic about City Gas, I have found them to be less than helpful after my boiler broke down.

  Fantastic First class Company. New Boiler was installed very efficiently and professionally with minimum disruption. Many thanks to Stephen, Christine and the Central Heating Technicians for an excellent service. Highly recommend.

  Truly excellent company. First class service by some of the nicest, most competent, considerate tradespeople I have ever encountered, always spot on time, offering excellent products and after care service, for remarkably reasonable prices (less than half the British Gas quote - crazy!) Very highly recommended.

  We used City Gas to replace our boiler in December 2014, including installation of a nest thermostat. From the first interaction with the company we were very impressed with the personal and professional service. The installers were friendly and very tidy, with the work carried out and finished to a very high standard. The new system was explained to us, and any questions we had answered clearly. The after service provided is impeccable, including the annual safety service. We had a recent query relating to documentation, which was dealt with without any hesitation and very quickly. I would certainly recommend City Gas. As soon as you contact them I am sure you will see for yourself the clear difference between them and other heating engineers and national providers such as British Gas.
