  various issues still waiting for call back in ref to welfare benefits officer. other one is private sector housing, regarding quote under their new scheme for repairs for elderly. 6 to 7 mths later still waiting. phoned a few times last time was before easter. they said they will find out call back never came. i think they pit us to bottom of pile. given up on them now.

  waiting is too long called 5 times but the answer is same related officer will call u back but they never called back still waiting from one month

  Wolverhampton city council is improving so much now, with local funding to sort out our shopping centre, I think it's taken a little time however it is getting better

  Hit and miss. Rude most of the time, very slow at sorting issues, but expect you to do things asap when they ask... Try and threaten you where. Council tax is concerned if you question anything... Absolutely ridiculous
