::Im a dancer and injure myself on a fairly regular basis. I've been to numerous physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors to help with a variety of injuries but Zen is by far the most efficient, knowledgable and professional. I would recommend this place for any problems, but would say they are perfect for any athlete or dancer as they are clearly specialist in that field.

::Had some treatment recently on a troublesome right knee in preparation for a skiing trip. Treatment has definitely helped and have been offered sound advice about what I should be doing away from the treatment table in order to improve my strength in the affected area, as well as being offered guidance on what support/braces and other equipment I should look to invest in. On top of this, as well as being extremely knowledgable, Zen, Liam and the other staff are really helpful as well. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Although I’m not a competitive rider I have a horse and ride daily.
