  I’m surprised by all of the negative comments about this surgery. I have been with them for 9 years and have always been very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend.

  I have respect for all staff in the surgery, however I have been dissapointed by the fact that this surgery has not been beneficial to me. Unfortunatley, I have been several times for my long-term throat problem but the doctors run out of advices to give me. Also, with all due respect, the I have had issues with the receptionists when I book a date, they say another date. As a result, this has caused delays to my appointments. I have been highly dissapointed and unfortunatley I would not recommend going to this surgery to anyone from my personal experience.

  I give this place 1 star for brilliant doctor here Dr Gerry Hughes, and one star because they started opening on Saturdays and late nights. You can never get an appointment here it's a nightmare, and trying to get a repeat prescription is an absolute joke. I ordered mine two weeks ago and still waiting thankfully boots gave me an emergency inhaler or I'd be in AandE every five minutes. Sadly it's the closest surgery to me thankfully I don't need to go there often !!

  Having been to the Clapham Family Practice a few times, I have always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. My appointments were always on time with minimal waiting. Having seen what the staff have to put up with from some 'patients', I think they do a excellent job.

  If I was just reviewing the Doctors here it would be 5 stars. The doctor I saw (unfortunately I cannot remember her surname but first name Rachel) was fantastic and really thorough. The lady that did my bloods was also great and made the experience easy. The reason for the drop in one star is due to the fact that I experienced a rude receptionist over the phone. However, in the practice itself the receptionists were pleasant.
