::Struggling to find anything good to say about our visit. Me and my partner visited as my mother had paid £150 for a spa break gift card for us. The place seemed nice, just a tad dated. The lady told us we got £10 towards our evening meal. We used the pool which was enjoyable, Jacuzzi was lovely. We were disappointed to find no hairdryer in the room and no reception number to call on the phone. We did eventually get a hairdryer from them in the end though. Then we went down for our meal, as no one asked us to book when we checked in - only to be told be a rude man (glasses and dark hair) that there's no way we'd get a meal tonight as some people on tour took up the restaurant. I wouldn't have minded if he was more friendly, but he was arrogant and dismissive. Would have been nice to be told. So we ordered at the bar instead, which took a good hour. There was also a wedding going on, near and in the bar, which made our couple evening meal feel more like we were in the way and uncomfortable. The pie and mash was okay, but throughout, the service was poor. You could tell there were a lot of new starters there who, whenever I asked for something, they had to get there manager to come over and answer me instead. Breakfast was ok, and I must say that the woman with a long dark pony tail and glasses was very friendly and helpful. It was when we checked out, and the woman said she'd made a mistake and we actually didn't have £10 meal allowance, that put the cherry on top. I would never ever stay hear again even if I got another voucher.

::Great prices for the quality of the hotel, it has a pool with is great place to chill out and relax, in the steam room and sauna. The family room are a realy good size with a double bed in one roomed then in the connecting room it is a twin great for families of all ages. In the morning breakfast was nice however the staff are quite slow.

::Good clean hotel. The meal was ok Promptly organised into my room and advice given for the restaurant. We enjoyed a lovely night at this hotel. We have been many times in the past few years. The hotel is lovely & bright & very welcoming, the staff are very friendly & helpful, we had a great waitress this time, Emma, nothing was too much trouble for her. The room had just been decorated & the housekeeping is first class with beautiful thick soft bath sheets & toiletries. Overall a great stay, as usual for this hotel, & we will continue to return.

::Appalling. Poor customer service and dirty sheets. Staff were rude and unhelpful. When we got there they charged us £10 for a bed we had already paid for. Prices were high and not up to desired cleanliness standards. The pool was the only nice thing yet teens (under close supervision) not allowed in jacuzzi. Understandable, however it took them a long time to notice and explain that and Staff were horribly snappy. It made me question lifeguard patrol with the time it took them to notice my children were in the pool. Overall horrid stay and would not recommend to anyone. Stay away!

::Good clean hotel. Dining area was a bit chilly whilst having our evening meal. The food was very nice and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. The evening meal took a long time to come along with the drinks. But great Groupon value.
