::Really like going to get shoes for my little one as they are properly fitted and our quality item but always have the same old problem that they never have any shoes we want in stock 😡
Simon Stone
::The service is good for kids as they accurately measure their shoes but the shoes aren't cheap / value for money. I've had trainers from decathalon at a third of the price for the same quality and durability.

::I doubt that I am alone in harbouring an intense dislike of shopping for 'back to school' shoes, so I wish that Clarks would recognise this and be extra specially considerate at this time. Something - anything - to make the experience more bearable would be welcome, and I challenge Clarks to think creatively about what they could do in this respect. The distinct lack of practical shoes for girls - or choice of shoes above a 'G' fitting - did not help my mood, but the staff (once they finally noticed me waiting) were however most accommodating and kind, which was a distinctly redeeming feature.
