  Went to Truro clarks on Monday as I needed to get school shoes for my son who is about to start nursery. From previous experience I know how much he hates shoe shopping, especially getting measured so was prepared for a fight on my hands. Not sure how she did it but we were seen by a girl called Gemma who managed to get him measured virtually stress free, she was so calm and relaxed with him and even got him pressing buttons and laughing! Cannot thank her enough for her patience and professional service x

  OK in store but don't order online took 10 days for my order to come in and I got a feeble sorry when they finally did come in.
