  Bought a pair of shoes for my son. Within 2 weeks they weren't fitting so took him to the Sainsbury's Heaton Park branch and asked the staff there to measure. Sure enough she told me the shoes were to small. When I mentioned they were only 2 weeks old she changed her mind and told me they do fit!! After a fight the store manager agreed to give us a new pair. Wouldn't shop there again.

  I was after a particular shoe ,which this store did not have in stock. The young lady on the phone checked which store did have them in stock. She gave me the number told me to call and they would reserve. I have done just that. Thank you Hannah excellent customer service.

  It's the best for quality but the choice is limited and it's expensive.
